For such insurers we conduct liability lawsuits nationwide, particularly cases involving major claims.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of general liability our services concentrate on medical malpractice, product liability and the liability of company directors (D &amp; O).<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, we provide training for clients, particularly liability insurers, on current case law developments in the field of liability and civil damages law.
