In Germany, the competent consumer conciliation board for disputes over proprietary interests resulting from a client engagement concerning legal services is the  Conciliation Body of the German Federal Bar (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft), Neue Grünstrasse 17, 10179 Berlin, Germany, GLAUBER & PARTNER will not participate in procedures for dispute resolution before a consumer conciliation board.

EU platform for extrajudicial dispute resolution:

In addition, disputes between lawyers and their clients upon application may be referred for alternative dispute resolution to the regional Hanseatic Chamber of Lawyers in Hamburg (pursuant to Section 73 paragraph 2 no. 3 in conjunction with Section 73 paragraph 5 BRAO).
