In Germany, the competent consumer conciliation board for disputes over proprietary interests resulting from a client engagement concerning legal services is the  Conciliation Body of the German Federal Bar (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft), Neue Grünstrasse 17, 10179 Berlin, Germany, www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de. GLAUBER & PARTNER will not participate in procedures for dispute resolution before a consumer conciliation board.

In addition, disputes between lawyers and their clients upon application may be referred for alternative dispute resolution to the regional Hanseatic Chamber of Lawyers in Hamburg (pursuant to Section 73 paragraph 2 no. 3 in conjunction with Section 73 paragraph 5 BRAO).
